SPEAKER: Wolfgang Peti, PhD, Professor, University of Arizona, Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry
TOPIC: "Novel Routes to Drug Design"
Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017
Dr. Peti's lab has identified different novel routes to drug previously undruggable targets—specifically serine/threonine and tyrosine phosphatases. This presentation will show how touse a mechanism-based approach and how these compounds work in the laboratory and clinic.
