Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to:
1. Understand how sleep and fatigue impact mental and physical performance
2. Understand how to recognize sleep and fatigue problems
3. Know how to ameliorate basic sleep and fatigue problems and seek help when these approaches are insufficient

The educational objective for Psychiatry Grand Rounds is to provide mental health professionals with updates on psychiatric topics with the goals of increasing knowledge, competence, and patient care.
