We're using the Main Menu for public-facing links.
Sub-menus from the top menu items are set to automatically appear if you add a page to the Main Menu below one of the top-level links.
To add a page to the menu:
- Edit the page.
- At the bottom of the edit form, check the "Provide a menu link" box.
- Put what you want the link to look like in the "Menu link title" box. This defaults to the page Title, but you can make it anything you like.
- Under "Parent Item" click and select the menu item that you want this page to appear under.
- Click the "Save" button.
If you want an external link to appear on a menu, edit the menu, list links, and Add a Link:
- Structure -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Add link
- Put what you want the link to look like in the "Menu link title" box.
- In the "Path" box, put the full link to the external page or site.
- Under "Parent Item" click and select the menu item that you want this page to appear under.
- Click the "Save" button.
If you want a Page Display from a View to appear on the menu, ask BioCom to assist.
